Support Time

General support hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm CET. Please be aware of the different time zones. I will reply within 24 hours to support tickets submitted during that time. For more complex issues, the support request may take up to 48 hours. Please understand that support requests sent during weekends and public holidays will be processed on business days only.

Support includes

CHIMENE graphics support includes

  • Questions on theme related features and settings.
  • Fixes of issues arising from theme related features and functionalities.

CHIMENE graphics will make sure that your theme works properly and looks like the demo site.

Support does not include

I will NOT provide any support for

  • hosting and server related issues,
  • general WordPress issues,
  • installation of third party themes and plugins,
  • third party theme customization,
  • third party themes and plugins bugs.

If you wish for CHIMENE graphics to customize your purchased CHIMENE graphics theme, change or remove features and functionalities, please send a request. This individual Theme Customization is not included in free support.
